​​R+B@Home is a concierge service launched by Royse + Brinkmeyer apartments. It was imagined as a way to help older residents age in place and stay in their apartments longer. Services include things like errand running, cleaning, laundry, and pet services. 

​The challenge was to make a brand that used Royse + Brinkmeyer's excellent reputation as a landlord with great customer service but differentiated itself from normal property management services.​

In Progress logo attempts used the Royse + Brinkmeyer orange and incorporated the font and logo marks.

I also developed icons for the individual service categories for the website that are regularly used in marketing materials.

The website needs to communicate the flexibility of the program while remaining clear enough to not discourage residents from reaching out.
